Trimming the Tree

It is amazing how accepting children are of changes in their surrounding. I am sure that Hannah has no memory of last Christmas, but she is ready to accept that a large tree bedecked with twinkling lights is perfectly acceptable in our living room. She was happy to help pick out the tree, supervised its installation, and to participate in the decoration. Waving “Bye, Ree” from the stairs is now a part of her nightly ritual. Hopefully, she will be just as accepting when it comes time for Ree to meet the same fate as her Jack-O-Lantern.

This collection of photos from late November thru early December includes a few shots from Thanksgiving, a series of shots from inside of one of Hannah’s forts, and the first photos of Hannah eating at the table in a booster chair. It looks like she will be eating at the table like a Big Girl by the time her sister or brother needs to use the high chair. :-)
