Big Shoes & Big Wheels

The first collection of new photos from August comes from the neighborhood Block Party by Hannah’s Babcia and Dziadzia’s house. It turned out to be a perfect day for a neighborhood party despite heavy showers in the morning. Hannah loved spending time with family and was fascinated with the dozens of children playing in the area. Hulahoops and Big Wheels were everywhere. :-)

Rebecca took these pictures to capture Hannah playing in Big Girl shoes. Hannah is now obsessed with shoes. I come home from work and she is often as interested to see my shoes as my face.

In other news, the DevStart office in Orland Park is now up and fully operational. This doesn’t have a lot to do with photos of Hannah, expect that it may explain why there have been so few during the past month. It takes a surprising amount of planning and work to open an office, even a relatively small one.
